The company name is reifortunes.com and they are offering 2% on flipping properties. I would like to be in the middle and make a fee from seller to investor who also wants to flip.
Not sure what your question is.
If the question is how much to charge for facilitating short sales, are you prepared for all the time and effort it takes to do so? There are a couple of different models out there. A lot of them use a fee of $3,000-$5,000.

Pre Foreclosure Lists: Lis Pendens or Notice of Default
Short sale investors frequently begin their deals by contacting the homeowners in preforeclosure. Yet, many new investors complain that they have no idea how to find these preforeclosures in order to make contact. Once you know how to find these homeowners, you’ll be surprised that so few investors work in foreclosure properties.
Lis Pendens and Notice of Default

I was recently forwarded an article by a client who hand wrote on top of it “this is exactly what you do, thanks coach”. Based on the client’s note I felt compelled to give it a cursory review. Once I read who the author was, Stephen Covey of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People fame, I figured I read the entire article, at least twice.

I’m not sure where to begin, but here we go…
Right now being a Real Estate investor is probably one of the most frowned upon professions. This time 4 years ago r.e. investors, brokers, appraisers, loan originators were among the “top” professions. Everyone was proud to be any one of those professions. Once the market crashed they packed up and left town without a trace! Now if you tell people you are a real estate investor the 1st thing out their mouth is “OH MY GOD How’s that working for you right now”?
